How do I get a quotation?+
Tell us your event type, date, location, guest count and the services you need. Use the event brief form or call +255 677 700 111. The team will discuss the scope and prepare a tailored quotation.
Can I hire individual services?+
Yes. You can enquire about individual services such as a PA system, backline or lighting, or discuss a complete production package.
Do you work outside Dar es Salaam?+
BETA currently operates in Dar es Salaam and is expanding its reach across Tanzania. Share your event location so the team can confirm availability and logistics.
Does sending an enquiry confirm my booking?+
An enquiry starts the conversation. Dates, equipment, scope and commercial terms need to be confirmed with BETA before a booking is agreed.
